Salam,
Before this i never knew what fobia is but now i can understand how hard it is to let it go. No matter how hard you try it just doesn't work. Truly, honestly it's easier said than to be done. But no matter what i'll try my best to move on. As long as i keep trying and never give up i know somehow someday i will be able to break my shell.
